The membership cards are provided "as is" and the club makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the cards or the benefits associated with them.
2. No Investment: The membership cards should not be considered as an investment. The club does not guarantee any returns or profits from the use of the cards.
3. Non-Refundable: The membership cards are non-refundable. Once purchased, the club will not issue any refunds, even in the case of termination or suspension of membership.
4. Donation: The purchase of a membership card represents a donation to the club. The club may use the funds to support its operations and provide benefits to its members.
5. Use of Information: By purchasing a membership card, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as set out in the club's privacy policy.
6. Modification of Terms: The club reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
